With the E2R Checkweigher module, you can:

• collect the weighings recorded by the checkweighers;

• add, delete and edit elements of the “Products” and “Operators” databases;

• monitor, from the computer, the weighings carried out on the checkweighers;

• sort the collected weighings using the preset filters;

• summarise filtered data in different forms (e.g. weighing sum or measurement mean);

• handle large amounts of data in real time;

• define the permission levels for specific operators;

• export weighings to external files in XLS and CSV formats;

• export reports to files: PDF, HTML, MHT, RTF, XLS, CSV and TXT;

• generate both general and detailed reports on the weighings collected;

• generate graphs of the weighings carried out at the selected time;

• generate reports: “PGC”, “Standard” and “Miscellaneous” sent from the checkweigher;

The E2R Synchronizer application allows for the collection of weighing records from all scales connected to the E2R System. Another application, E2R Manager, provides you with real-time data on the following issues:

• whether the scale is connected or not;

• which operator is logged in;

• what product is being weighed;

• for which customer is the production being carried out;

• which order is in progress.

With the E2R Moisture Analyzer module, you can:

• read moisture analyzer data and store it in the MS SQL database;

• due to the possibility of online operation, monitor the parameters of currently running drying processes from a computer;

• display information about current measurements as well as the status and outcome of the drying process in real time;

• generate online graphs in relation to drying time;

• have access to the reports generated by moisture analyzers;

• operate and monitor up to 16 moisture analyzers;

• automatically start the connection of the moisture analyzers with the database after the computer is switched on (operation in system service mode);

• connect the moisture analyzers to the Ethernet network using an RS232 multiport card and an Ethernet/RS232 converter;
