This combination results with:

  • reduction of air drafts and vibrations from a robotic system in the course of comparison,
  • minimised risk of human error,
  • easier maintaining of stable environmental conditions inside the weighing chamber (thanks to a compact device dimensions).

Function of Automatic Mass Standard Dissemination

RMCM-5 mass comparator facilitates a complete dissemination process. This is possible thanks to use of the intermediate mass standard magazine, which significantly shortens comparison duration and reduces wear and tear of the transport robot.

Real-Time Measurement of Ambient Conditions

The RMCM-5 mass comparator comes standard with a top-class thermo-hygro-barometer enabling real-time control of ambient conditions in three locations. The characteristic feature of the RMCM-5 is high readability of pressure, 0.001 hPa, humidity, 0.01 %, and temperature, 0.001 °C. Reliability of ambient conditions measurement carried out using the thermo-hygro-barometer is confirmed by a calibration certificate.

Universal magazine insert shape

Mass standard magazine features 120 positions. The RMCM-5 enables comparison of weights of all shapes compliant with OIML recommendations, using just one universal insert. Remote, real-time preview of comparison process in real time is possible thanks to a video camera.

Optional Equipment

Additional equipment includes a video camera enabling remote preview of comparison process in real time (Internet access required), and RMCS software. The RMCS allows unrestricted monitoring of the comparison process.

Opening of the weighing chamber in the course of measurements generates air drafts and changes environmental conditions inside the chamber, this causes a great increase in dispersion. The new line of robotic mass comparators eliminates the above problem. It has been solved due to a combination of the robotic mass comparator features with the characteristics of the automatic machines. This innovative approach has improved comparison result repeatability by 100% in relation to standard solutions applied worldwide.

A Robot and an Automatic Machine in One

RMC 100.1 mass comparator combines features of robotic and automatic mass comparators. Thanks to such an innovative combination it is possible to:

  • eliminate air drafts and ground vibrations,
  • maintain stable environmental conditions inside the weighing chamber,
  • prolong life cycle of the robotic system,
  • shorten duration of mass standard comparison,
  • reduce noise.

Function of Automatic Mass Standard Dissemination

RMC 100.1 comparator enables performance of a complete process of dissemination. This is possible due to placing the intermediate mass standard magazine inside the mass comparator chamber, which significantly shortens comparison duration and reduces wear and tear of the transport robot.

The RMC 100.1 mass comparator has been  equipped with a top-class thermo-hygro-barometer enabling real-time control of ambient conditions in four locations, among many in the weighing chamber and mass standard magazine. Thermo-hygro-barometers are highly precise devices measuring pressure with the readability of 0.001 hPa, humidity of 0.01 %, and temperature of 0.001 °C. Reliability of ambient conditions measurement carried out using the thermo-hygro-barometer is confirmed by a calibration certificate.

The characteristic feature of the device is high repeatability of pressure (0.001 hPa / U(p) ≤ 1 hPa), humidity (0.01% / U(hr) ≤ 1 %),  and temperature (0.001 °C / U(T) ≤ 0,2 °C).
