THBR 2.0 System - Ambient Conditions Monitoring

INTENDED USE
THB-R PC software is designed to monitor and register indoor ambient conditions, wherein the said monitoring is based on data collected by measuring devices of Radwag production.
Two THB software versions are offered:

• THB-R-Single – intended for integration with THB-3/2 ambient conditions module,
• THB-R-Multi – intended for integration with THB-R ambient conditions recorder.

OVERVIEW
THB-R PC software is responsible for establishing communication with measuring devices. It operates as a user interface intended for collected data presentation, archiving, reporting and for carrying out measuring devices setup.
The software carries out constant readout of air temperature, relative air humidity, atmospheric pressure and vibrations. Additionally it calculates air density. Current metrological parameters values are demonstrated in a form of a time diagram, wherein the last 5 minutes are presented.
The measurements may also be archived in a local database, MS Access format. The record takes place in a specified time interval. Database files are formed using one of four user-defined methods: daily, weekly, monthly, combination of all. THB-R-Multi version of the PC software enables record of measurements collected by THB-R Ambient Conditions Recorder.
The stored data may be previewed and printed in a form of reports and diagrams. THB-R installation package comprises THB-Network Viewer allowing local network users to preview current indications of measuring units.

COOPERTION WITH MEASURING DEVICES
The software cooperates with measuring devices such as ambient conditions modules of RADWAG production. The modules are intended for operation with THB-R-Single or THB-R-Multi software version. Depending on the used device, communication between the software and the device may be established via RS 232 or USB interface.

THB W sensor is intended to measure temperature of liquid. Temperature readout using THB W sensor is possible upon connecting the sensor directly to a computer or to the THBR Box ambient conditions recorder.

THB W can be used e.g. on pipettes calibration workstation, to measure water temperature in gravimetric method, which is done in order to determine 'Z' coefficient in accordance with ISO 8655.

Each sensor has its own identification number that is assigned to measurements saved to the database.

THBR BOX is an autonomous measuring device operating in a local computer network. THBR Box enables collecting ambient conditions measurements, storing the database, sending customized warnings and alerts and generating website for accessing measurements and settings.
 
There are three models of the recorder:

• with an integral screen,
• with a separate screen,
• without a screen.

Communication with THBR BOX can be established wireless or via Ethernet. The module enables direct connection with up to 4 sensors. With use of USB hub it is possible to connect greater number of sensors. Each sensor has its own identification number that is assigned to measurements saved to the database.
 
THBR Box features the following connectors: 4xUSB, HDMI, Ethernet. The device is powered using external micro USB 5V 2A power supply.
 
Data stored by the THBR Box can be presented via THBR Multi software, website or Android application.

THB sensor is a device measuring ambient conditions, it cooperates with:

• a computer (1 sensor via USB 2.0 port); direct cooperation,

• a weighing device (1 sensor via USB 2.0 port); direct cooperation,

• a THBR Box (up to 4 sensors connected to THBR Box via USB 2.0 port).

The THB sensor is designed to measure parameters such as temperature, humidity, pressure, air density and vibrations level. Sensor registers level of permissible vibrations at the workstation, wherein the values of vibrations level are displayed within 0 - 100% range versus reference values in laboratory conditions. Values exceeding 100% threshold inform about potential occurrence of error greater than permissible error of mass measurement performed using weighing device. 

Each sensor has its own identification number that is assigned to measurements saved to the database.
